Rotary is a global organisation of ordinary people who collectively achieve extraordinary things.  Rotary Clubs are non-political, non-religious, and open to all cultures, races and creeds. For more than one hundred years, people around the world have been giving to humanity through Rotary.

Rotary's motto is 'Service above Self' and its main aim is giving to community and supporting those in need - both in Australia and throughout the world.

The Rotary Club of Brisbane Taylor Bridge (RCBTB) is not your average Rotary Club. We are a diverse group of people in age, gender balance and vocational backgrounds.  We are a friendly and casual club that welcomes you however you wish to be involved.

In 2019/2002 our club will be focussing on:

* Strengthening connections with our local community via service projects, partnerships and engaging speakers;
* Actively connecting the passions of each and every member to a meaningful club contribution;
* Maintaining commitment to our annual fundraising projects: - The Rotary Fun Run, Annual Trivia Night and St. Josephs car park marshalling;
* Supporting our youth programs including our current youth exchange student Nicolai, sponsorship of RYLA and RYPEN candidates, and our St Jude’s Tanzanian student sponsorship; and
* Enhancing Rotary's public image and awareness in the community by sharing the stories about our club that are making a positive difference.

If making new friends and getting involved in worthwhile projects sounds interesting to you, I invite you to join us at a meeting or a social dinner and find out more.
